Your "white hole" was an amended number about six weeks after the original budget. At the same time they increased the 2011/12 forecast from $1b surplus to $3b surplus - and have been spruiking that number ever since.
Let's not forget what you didn't mention - that "today's" white hole is a decrease in the current year's deficit from a lazy $57.1 BILLION down to a lazy $54.8 billion,
that's $54,800,000,000
As for the coalition so called black hole - zzzzzzzzzz - it doesn't exist. Never did, it was all estimates and assumptions. The $54.8b is reality.
