One prediction…..they will not have achieved break even for the advice business. They will tell shareholders they have just announced another pile of redundancies in the division to get costs down. Given they got rid of pile of people in the division last year you have to wonder about amp’s commitment to the business.
AMP has only 2 strategies. Get rid of people. Get rid of businesses. Then tell us how they have simplified the business and cut costs. However, what they have delivered through these strategies is a decreased business value.
