Sorry that section is obsolete. It was pulled together when the WGO bidding war started and I was calculating the fair value based on $10/2P BOe and $3/2C BOe (which I had always used in my risked NAV model for non-producing explorers). I have an NPV model for STX now which I have posted on here somewhere.
