Nothing is ever certain until you put a well down and find out.
Certainly SE is alot smaller than the original SE volcano pictures implied.
Fortunately STX is in a position where they don't need to raise any capital, so the SP won't matter much (in the short term).
However this failure will set back SE development significantly. They'll need time to assess the results and may need to need to drill another well to support the project.
