Yes - this is a setback - not a terminal event.
We can wait a bit longer. Everything can change in a month.
I am hurting a lot financially BUT under constantly whinging about the current situation seems counter productive.
People will either stick it out or sell - each has that choice and will make the decision based on their own circumstances. We should all leave it at that.
