If i use Yahoo finance financials as a proxy for FCF as i can't be bothered to dive into the actual FCF it has a trailing FCF of 3%. I can buy a bond yielding 5% with no risk. I would want a risk premium to the risk free rate of say 50% or 7.5% FCF yield to assume the risk of owning the equity, which means i would consider DMP a buy at a $2B valuation or ~$25/share. However if rates do start to decline then obviously this price increases.
