Interpretation: An individualised approach based on patients’ preferences, risk factors for BCRAL, availability of
treatment options and expertise of the healthcare team is paramount to ensure patients at risk receive preventive
interventions for BCRAL, regardless of where they are receiving care.

Correct me if I'm wrong but becoming standard of care the conclusion would say something along the lines of "we recommend BIS as a standard of care in prevention of BCRAL". However, what the article actually says is "yeah BIS is an option, but only if its available and we actually think further studies are needed to prove it usefulness."
