    Great work done by managment on this raise, a solid $4.05m from institutional, sophisticated and professional investors at a 9.5% discount to a 20 day VWAP. You have to love that. Just weeks ago this was trading at under 4 cents, and now over 4 million raised at 11 with no free attaching options. Go you good thing
