Until it becomes clear as to which of the childcare centres is being sold off, and whether they are former Genius centres or original Mayfield centres I will keep an open mind.
There is no doubt the Genius actions wrt the previously proposed takeover are very suspicious, and its ongoing selling of centres to MFD is a conflict of interest.
I don't believe it's in the interests of all other shareholders to have predominantly Genius' links onto the board.
