Thanks for that. Guess it is all up to interpretation but could just be stating two separate milestones in one sentence. Regardless it would be nice to get an update of where in the process they are.
From a career in large-scale capital projects I get concerned when milestones slip with very little communication.
Hopefully the delay is just HHR working through TQs from the NTSA but that should not impact FID, which can, and often happens, independent of all approvals being in place.
