I am not sure of the motivations of the sell side at .005. A week or so ago the .005's had dried up and the .006's where starting to sell. Now a few have placed a few million back on the .005 and that changes daily.
Maybe it is people just wanting to get out for whatever reason. I do not think its price manipulation to keep the SP down so people can accumulate more, because looking at the volume - no one really is accumulating more.
