given all the milestones achieved, including support from the governments, the infrastructure they have developed, along with the geothermal energy and revenue from it.. in my opinion it's too under priced. if Lithium samples come out positively tested, I don't see an issue in financing sooner.. given the current market capital is about 345 Mil. if and when financing comes through, despite lithium prices being low, I assume it will be a great run. it's wont be lithium anymore, but more of the technology as well. for any company financing is important, for Vulcan to crack the finance, sample may be required... which is due
