I worked for many years with a major European based international corporate (very large) who decided to seek a listing on the NY exchange mainly to access the biggest global capital markets. What a disaster that was!
CFO later privately admitted it was a terrible decision - no discernible benefits but a truckload of compliance and USGAAP headaches.
Lynas doesn't need to be listed to be listed in USA and I am unconvinced it would make a huge difference to our share price....
