When Hansen was appointed MD 10/5/21 SOI 781,137,513 now 1,368,113,491 = 75% increase
share price then 2.4 cents.
Also all the Board member's performance rights will be converted to shares about 59 million, what a joke.
I expect this takeover will happen but I will be voting against it, I'm just cranky at the underhanded workings of the Board.
