I think management have missed the point and keep flogging poor old PEP11 as long as possible , it would be rendering the PEP11 permit completely useless and unviable as the legislation’s aim is to make the permit area off-limits to the entire NSW Coast, leaving no ability to connect gas supply lines to the shore .
If this legislation is implemented, it would essentially kill PEP11 and make it financial unviable for any gas development to take place in that area.
