The 2023 Annual report advised that Jessimine Jansen resigned on 30 June 2023 (page 46 and 47). Also Headley and co could not vote on the remuneration report, so suggesting that they were protecting their friends salaries is misleading.
I think the opportunity here is for the company and its shareholders to get behind the new chair, and to allow the new chair to review and push forward in setting the future growth of the company. These repetitive posts which attack current / former board members / employees, both sides of the divide, are not useful in moving the company forward.
