'Glaringly stark' is spot on,Ub10xm.I have to ask at what point do these shenanigans become criminal activity? I'm willing to contribute a modest amount towards getting a commercial lawyer's opinion of all these activities which seem to break every rule in the book.If this could happen,we may be able to pressure Hanson to depart the scene and at the same time let the other Board members of HRZ know we wont be copping anymore self serving crap and they'd better work assiduously for the benefit of all shareholders.
