To my belief Hazer have advantage in the sense
1. Small plants can be established at local levels. Which means you need not store the hydrogen for transportation but the same can be used directly into vehicles.
Each world city have 1-10 plants depending upon size and population of that city.
On the limiting end
Hazer is going to produce four times the amount of graphite as compared to H2. The unit cost is a fix cost and only way to reduce hydrogen price is improving value of graphite.
if they can find a way where graphite can be utaliaed somewhere else and it has a market value of $2-5 per kg that means hazer process is good but on the other hand if that graphite is going to go into landfills then cost can never be reduced and commercial viability of project is a big question mark.
