These charts below ( not mine ).... and the one I'm interested here in is the gold chart.... however I can't look at gold without the price of Ag also so included it.
Blind Freddy can see the POG pushing for a break out.
Charts from a fellow called graddhy.
Now looking at this chart it's easy to see the POG easily keeping up with inflation in Aust. and worldwide.
There's still a lot of money.... printed stuffstill sloshing around out there.... see COVID period on.
Gold imo will follow that.... as it has.... and continue to do so.
DRE are in the right place at the right time.... 100% with the gold prospects in hand.
Gold is the focus for 2024.
POG is staying around 2K oz US....$3100 Aust.
How high can the POG go.... some suggest more than 10K.... US.... or more..... some much more..... just saying.
