A crazy assumption: What if it was clear to the market that CNB would not be able to realize its potential without the HMX tenements around Mt. Hope? Could this be a reason why CNB's SP has been falling for months? Could it be that a third party ensured that the SP of HMX also fell so that these tenements could be obtained cheaply? If this were the case, then HMX would actually be in a better position negotiation position than CNB.
CNB need HMX - but HMX does not need CNB?
It will be interesting to see what happens next. I think a lot has been orchestrated here from CNB side.....
