Definitely possible - maybe as simple as TO and TG saying to both LG and Tesla are you interested in doing what Ford have done?
DF has pointed out how Ford’s line of Credit is secured - however an agreement where all 3 contribute say $200M may be seen as agreeable by Ford to allowing changes to accommodate security to all 3.
Unlike the Banks - the 3 off takers understand the true value that their agreements with LTR provide them.
