he is a non exec, so not necessarily. Overall I take this as a positive, but i am expecting progress to continue at a snails pace given we are at the behest of the CZ state and the EU. More on offtake and phase 2 going help move is in the right direction but i dont expect anything tangible from the EU until 2nd half. At least we get to see it all unfold in super slow mo for those ready to take more risk
