With all due respect, after quite a short stint thus far here on hotcopper, it is clear that you have no real knowledge or experience in this space and your posts are rather nonsensical and never factual.
So this makes me wonder why indeed you invest so much time posting longwinded waffle time and time again. I suspect there probably is something here with this company and I do like their style in the annoncements, no fluff and spin.
