Davo, Egypt lost two wars fighting over the Sinai Peninsula with Israel. Sadat got the Sinai back without even firing a shot, for that peace treaty. My guess is that if Egypt loses another they will lose the Sinai maybe forever. An Egyptian president would be taking a much bigger chance than the others, firstly to break the terms of the treaty and risk the loss of substantial territory. The neighbors dislike Palestinians. Having lived in Egypt I know that to be a fact, at least in 1975 when I was there. Iran is probably wary of bringing the US into a war against them, just when Biden needs a winnable war to survive the next election. I doubt they would take that risk for the Palestinians Turkey? For sure has a powerful army, but Israel is a nuclear power and would Erdogan risk a nuclear strike for the Palestinians, I doubt it. Palestinians were involved in the genocide of the Christians of southern Lebanon. I think they are on their own.
