    NPM made an expensive deal about Las Openas rights under threath of arbitration
    Apparently NPM ownership was not secured and it had failed payments or other
    contract commitments

    - 35 000 USD for signing
    - after 1 year 50 000 USD per year for option to buy Genesis 49 % share for 750 000 USD
    - Up to 500 000 USD for exploration so that NPM will give Genesis share of the costs as a loan
    and no dilution for Genesis
    - costs from joint venture and foundig company?
    - costs from corporate advisor selling the joint venture?
