The logical choice for a buyout of this company would be ARM, since development is being done to ensure ARM processors and BRN processors seamlessly work together. ARM is in all the devices BRN sees itself in. Not to mention, BRN are following the ARM business model of being fabless, licensing their designs to different customers.
