Agreed. Can't help but think that RCE has been "utilised " by aus / Indo governments to show a positive alignment of goals as good neighbours while an Indo election takes place with the massive benefit to RCE of a huge market for testing that will largely be paid for by someone else. Akin to having big pharma partner - and indeed part of this deal is that pharma is partnering, albeit Chinese Pharma based out of Indo.
This could really see some quick results - as in, within 6 months.
