2 sidetracks and well conditions have made it expensive.
MK1 side track killed BB 1 well so I reckon at least 10 million per sidetrack.

I don't have access to broker data but the last I saw it was insto selling. Why would they be selling below the cost of take up?
Only one reason I can see, they want the shortfall.

On a previous subject I went and looked at WPL reserves at North West Shelf.
According to the 2022 Annual report they have ~ 2.6 tcf.
1P 803 bcf
2P 1242.9 bcf
2c 552 bcf.

I have no doubt your 130+ TCF is accurate over the life of the NWS but my " Roche facts " were not far off.
