    Thats an interesting chart you have found there showing the purchasing cyclicty. I think the question is - has there been no purchasing of copper cathode this year so far, because there is no metal available to buy, OR, is it that purchasing managers are not buying because there is no demand for refined metal from consumers. Thats the $64K question isn't it?
