Bolide, thanks for the contribution...I am not familiar with all Melb's bayside suburbs....and maybe people will be happy just living near water, without actual water views...
I still believe that will raise prices in all bayside burbs over the next 20 years...due to the limited stock available there...ie no new development...
I will be taking a closer look myself very soon...I like the idea of bayside, I dont need bay views...that would be nice....maybe a unit in Middle Park, Alfred Park or St Kilda might do it for me...with sea views....
I am harping on Albury and the regional centres, cause the housing costs there, are so much cheaper...they usually have lower capital growth, but is made up in higher rental yields....except for a spurt every now and then in capital growth..which makes it very attractive...
