Anyone buying a development of an entirely new process thinking CRs are one offs are in la la land. GOR from huge gold discovery to 100x had me wondering how many times it would sting my pocket for more capital. LOTS of times. Now with the pay back in my pocket I look back and chuckle a holders', who like i hurt and grumble about capital needed to get to huge long term profits.
Not suggesting its not a bit painful. Development stocks are not dividend plays lot GOR is now!
