The logic that something that is dangerous in the hands of child shouldn't be banned from sale because they may get hold of it from somewhere else.
Only an idiot would have that sort if logic.
Why not allow children to buy petrol & lighters whenever they want?
Or chainsaws or rat killer?
They could get those freely available at home.
