Not necessarily hasn't anyone clocked onto why they are actually trying to raise 30 million right now as a flow test wouldnt' cost that much. SM was thinking he could get away with 30mil now and maybe another 15 mil before the flow test result pump which would be able to fund another well without knowing the actual flow test result
