That they do. ... subject to a number of conditions being met. None of which have been met at this point. Construction costs have certainly increased over the past 2 years in particular also.... I certainly hope there is not a CR ... but it wouldn't be the first time a company has done one when it appears one wasn't required. On occasion, when accompanied by transformational news, the SP can pop higher.
