Maximum exposure for Site is ~$500k if they are required to pay a penalty and the timing around that would be Q424 or Q125. High Court will likely take ~6 months to give their decision. If unfavorable, it is then passed to a penalty hearing. So no payment (if at all) is likely until Q25.
By then, Site should be profitable and have a significant outcome on the land.
