There’s not really a rational explanation - I don’t like to say manipulation but perhaps someone is looking at a possible T/O bid in the near future and is trying to keep prices low/accumulate.
there was a large gap in the chart to; perhaps the stock is just filling that gap before next leg up.
guess it’s just another example of sell the news.
