I don't see a reason why we cant be simultaneously exploring and pushing towards a production restart in the back end of this year.
Because I believe (without anything tangible to back this up) SL has no intention of taking it back into production himself. Ramp ups are notoriously turbulent at the best of times. SPR is just doing the leg work for a logical suitor whom I now believe is just a one horse race....RMS (pun intended). The acquisition of Musgrave and the continued uncertainties revolving around Edna May cut back make it a forgone conclusion this year imo.
