The return is just under the current bond rate of 6%
Any one who is or has been in business would be shaking their heads in wonder that this is getting up in it's current form. It does look that a lot of faith has been put in the Labor decision to proceed by posters who blindly believe what their current Messiah preaches.
They've gotta have a public service background.
