Without getting into an argument I have to disagree to some point. If all management were as useless as you point out then we wouldn?t be holding such world class projects. Bad management don?t pull together deals like the ones that have been announced over the past months. The way I see it ERH management are doing the best they can to bring a wide and diverse range of projects together and getting out of Gavia?s pocket to ensure the best chance of share holder return.

It?s not a perfect world but it?s clearly getting better
