i particularly like the way the board sidestepped aggrieved shareholders by initially putting Calderwood in as a the "Head Exploration contractor" before putting him in as MD.... $350k per year plus millions of free shares. Such contempt for shareholders.
Maybe a few name changes and CR's to come but its doomed mate, only a matter of time until Midas is Alita 2.0
