    "There are two types of weight training: one to develop muscles, the other is to develop stamina, different weight considerations."
    It depends on what you what to look like or for what purpose , IE a boxers arms as against a wood choppers arms, it's all different technics.I suggest maybe a visit to a gym, pay a day visitors fee and ask the instructors advice.Good luck.
