He said some of the landowners are asking ridiculous amounts of money and he didn't want to dilute the company anymore. They have a decent land holding and will be begin the drill program shortly and that was their priority now!
As you can see Glen, who has been in this game for donkeys years, has the same view on some of these new deals.
