Thank you for sharing your thoughts, great post....and something I hadn't considered. There has to be people within the hospitals that can give the tests (trained, payed, perhaps the same nurses who used the tape measure but as we know with any new device with software, there is a learning curve).
I agree the future is rosy and I did feel some relief in seeing how IPD were broadcasting/marketing/approaching the most recent Lancet inclusion.
