Obviously management are just treading water no really knowing which direction to take or it is in the interests of some large stakeholder to not advance the project. I would hazard a guess that it is the latter. It is currently better to leave it in the ground for reasons unbeknown to retail share holders. Management are probably powerless pawns in a much bigger game. All we can hope for is we are invested when it's time to dig it up. Until then it will be more of the same , no point stressing about it . If there was a strong will to develop this project it would have been done years ago .
