Very awake.
You need to be to circumvent the requirement for a spill meeting by directors standing down and being replaced.
They were required to have the spill meeting due to votes against the renumeration report.
Current board proposes that this is an acceptable course.
I do not for a second think it is and continue to hope the MD's days in his role are numbered.
