Is he dreaming or plain out of touch?
Sure, Ewoyaa, when compared to other development projects slated to come online in the next 12 months, compares very well, but Parliament hasn't ratified the mining licence nor do they have EPA approval. I'll get more excited when those are done and dusted.

Meanwhile, this from Atlantic's Feb'24 Presentation

This is from the transcript of the investor presentation on Feb'24 ... Keith Mueller is speaking to the above slide - my bolding

"... To remind those that might be joining us for the first time today, just exactly what these timelines are and what the milestones look like: we've completed our flotation study and it's exactly as expected - it's a proposition that we want to look further into in the future and we're currently underway with our fpin downstream conversion study. We're still looking to break ground later this this calendar year - so somewhere around October mark. We've achieved our ML Grant - that's done. Ratification, slightly difficult one to predict - Parliament is now the 8th of February - we think that our ratification process will be high on the agenda. Neil and Amanda are currently in Accra speaking to the right people. I'm heading there the week after next with Aaron and Lynn, to follow through on that conversation and Amanda will be joining us as well. Heading back to Ghana after Cape Town. Then in terms of breaking ground in October, next year the modular units - we're looking to place those orders towards the end of this financial year - so around June - those modular units will be on site in in February next year and first production through those modular units still as planned in the second quarter of 2025 and then the main plant commissioning in the first quarter 2026. Still about a 12 or 14 month construction period. Pprobably most important - nothing has changed here. We're still on track and the reason I want to keep on highlighting that is, some of the investment from MIIF has probably slipped from what our expectations were last year, but these things don't happen in series. We don't need to wait for one activity to take place before we can step onto the next one. A lot of the activities we're doing in parallel. At this stage our timeline hasn't moved."

I'd rather not have my expectations set by someone who isn't operationally in touch. I mean its pretty clear.
We all got 2 ears and 1 mouth ... maybe Edward talks to much?
