I was talking about the territories that Ukraine will get to keep after this whole thing is over. I doubt Russia has any interest in going over the Dnipro river, so there will be plenty of Ukraine left to be raped and pilaged even further by the likes of Blackrock and JPMorgan.

Ukraine owes so much to US/EU now, that I doubt that they will be allowed to let any other company in on the action.

As far as the new Russian territories go - yes, definitely. Russia, China, India Iran will be involved in the reconstruction.
