as we speak i'm watching the "your money your call' show on sky bussines channel
today it is a "property" show with property experts shelling advice and stuff...
every chance they get they are choosing the investment to go to a large city (canberra,sydney,melbourne...) and every time anyone even mentiones 'country' they all emphesise that it is strictly a 'lifestyle' choice and NOT the growth choice !
i don't want to 'break up' the conversation on the 'property investor' thread (LOL) but...your own RE Experts are advising AGAINST investing in the country or country/regianal centres !!!
oh yes !
...they are also warning against "off the plan" buying as MOST of those end in a LOSS !
(well what do you know...that i'll find some RE specialists that a actually agree with ? hmmm...maybe all is not lost?)
