I agree, he's a terrible communicator and IMO it damages the credibility of the company, particularly when he so frequently trips over himself whenever he gets on stage.

I know he likes to be front and centre and he's done the hard yards to get to this point, but do what you are good at, and acknowledge your own weaknesses. i.e. let someone else do the presentations and communicate the benefits of this company. He can keep driving progress from the back room until he finds a good CEO and COO to manage and run the company.
