Problem is it has become an industry with many snouts (of all colours) in the 33 billion dollar trough. Real aboriginal welfare is the last thing on their mind.. Just like the NDIS black hole - no politician will have the knackers to pull on the reins.
Much easier to raise taxes than pull the pin on the aboriginal gravy train
